Michael Ross, DPT
Mike has always had a passion for helping others, which led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. After earning his undergraduate degree from Pitt University, he went on to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chatham. Since then, he has been dedicated to improving the lives of his patients and helping them achieve their goals.
One of Mike's specialties is orthopedics, but he also has expertise in sports injury, having worked with athletes of all levels to help them recover from injuries and optimize their performance. Additionally, he has experience in vestibular/balance, which involves the assessment and treatment of patients with balance and dizziness disorders.
When asked about his favorite part of working at WPT, Mike emphasized “the positive culture and friendly environment. The staff and patients alike are like family, and everyone is committed to helping each other be their best selves in a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere!”
Outside of work, Mike has a variety of hobbies and interests. He is an outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time hiking, kayaking, and exploring parks in the Pittsburgh area. He is also a self-proclaimed foodie, always on the lookout for new and exciting restaurants to try. When he's not out and about, he enjoys unwinding with his favorite movies and TV shows, as well as reading a good book whenever he gets the chance.
